Shipping policy

Standard Shipment & Delivery Information

 

Typical Delivery Timeframes:

Domestic Orders are typically delivered in 2-7 business days depending on the shipping service chosen at checkout.

International Orders are typically delivered in 7-21 business days depending on the shipping service and the time it takes for the package to clear local customs.

*Please note - the shipping options displayed at checkout will give more specific delivery timelines for each shipping service and based on the ship-to postal code.

Order by 12pm ET for Same-Day Shipping (Monday-Friday)

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will ship the following business day.

*Some exceptions include team store products, customized products, select special order items, and backorders.

Note: Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday will ship out Monday.

 

Add 3-5 Days Handling Time for Personalized Products

Orders that include name and/or number personalization require 3-5 additional business days on top of the estimate provided at the time of checkout. We recommend verifying all custom details, as personalized items are nonrefundable.

 

Team Store and Special Order Items

Team Store, Pre-Order Products, and products with Special Order labels may require additional processing time not included in the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Please refer to the product pages or contact us at [email protected] for more information.

 

Orders May Arrive in Multiple Shipments

If you've ordered multiple items, they may be delivered in separate shipments.For each shipment, we will provide a tracking number. For a detailed view of your shipment history, simply log into your account and select the respective order number.

Oversized Equipment Orders

Handling time for large training and field equipment may require an additional 1-2 days for packing and dispatch. 

Additional Details

Refusal of Shipment: We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries due to fraud or other concerns.

Import Duties/Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local customs.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window:  We accept returns within 20 days of the invoice date for a refund. Returns received after 20 days may be eligible for store credit only.

Condition:  Items must be returned in clean, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and documentation.

Custom Items:  Items with numbering, embroidery, sleeve alterations, or other customizations are nonrefundable.

Team Store / Pre-Order Items: These products are made to order and are nonrefundable.

Restocking Fees: Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping for Returns: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
